College Administration Building

Canberra    Urban planning consultation in respect of a college administration building. Negotiation with and submissions to, The National Capital Authority pursuant to the ACT (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988. Services in collaboration with the design architect for ‘works approval’ for part demolition, alterations to existing buildings and new construction. Advice and written submissions also included current planning conditions, heritage, environmental concerns, consideration of future building extensions in the college master plan and development approval in accordance with the National Capital Plan
