Heritage House

North Fitzroy   Consideration of large scale additions to an existing heritage mansion. Issues included multiple new and existing permits and pending applications.  No objections from neighbors however council concerned with ingress/egress and impact on existing building. Appeals convened and then averted by negotiated Consent Order. Construction outcome and resultant buildings show no effect on character or heritage values of the existing home or the surrounding area.
