Preston / Thornbury Existing small research and manufacturing premises. Planning and representation for a new office extension of two floors of 400m2 attached to the main building. Facility specialises in sensitive medical and industrial measuring equipment and is located in a limited low key semi industrial setting. Additional Planning report and research, undertaken to ascertain the potential of future rezoning of this precinct. Other issues included the costing and appointment of a building designer and the layout of the office to factory linkage of 150m2. Recommendations for an upgrade of this linkage and referral to a specialised security firm.
