Fitzroy     Planning application and submission to local council re a building addition to a current workshop with existing use rights in a former industrial zone now mixed use. Engagement of an architectural design firm to produce plans. Nearly all industrial and manufacturing sites in the street now converted to 3-4 storey residential use.  Further work and report for the owners on the potential for redevelopment of the subject site for a 4 storey 8 apartment building. Basic costing of re-development and outline scope of internal dwelling configuration. Costing of detailed potential application
